Here at mia's we value doing everything the old school way. Yea...it might be harder, but we don't mind the work. We use only the highest quality ingredients in everything we make...whether it's our artisan dough, our homemade meatballs, or our made from scratch salad dressings, you'll taste the difference. We don't believe in pre-shredded cheeses either...we prefer to do that too, it just plain tastes better.
